As soon as your account is active with us as a current resident.

Anyone who applies and is approved is more than welcome to live here at U Edge. We do ask that you make 2.5 the amount of rent in a month to be able to qualify financially.

Yes! Furnishings include a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, couch, chair, end tables, coffee table, 55 inch tv, dresser, full size bed frame and mattress, study desk, washer and dryer, and a dining room table in some 3×3 & 4×4 units.

Water, sewer and internet are included. There is a $15 fee for valet trash pickup. You also pay for electricity. One-bedroom units are $110/month and 2,3 and 4 bedrooms are $85/month.

If you do not have a specific roommate in mind during move in, we will match you ahead of time with a roommate and notify you so that you have plenty of time to get familiar with each other.

Absolutely. Let us know ahead of time when you submit your application that you have a friend in mind to room with and we will make sure that you are put together.

We have a washer and dryer in each unit!

Yes!

Yes, pets are allowed. There is a $400.00 pet deposit ($200 of that is refundable) and pet rent of $35.00/month.

We accept checks, money orders, and cashier checks in our office made payable to University Edge.  We also accept credit, debit cards, and ACH payments online at universityedgend.residentportal.com for your convenience as an alternative payment option.  We are unable to accept cash.

University Edge does not have a cancellation policy.  Once you’ve signed your lease, you’ve committed to a legally binding agreement.

We will notify you prior to your move in date.

Once a lease is generated, you are locked into your unit size. Specific unit numbers will be assigned closer to your actual move-in date and you will be notified ahead of time with that number.

Of course! You can schedule a time to come visit us for a tour during our normal business hours. If you can’t make it to us, we can set up a time to have a virtual tour set up.

Rent is due in full at the time of move-in, or if you wish to do monthly payments, rent is due at the 1st of each month. Late fees are applied on the 4^th of the month.

$350.00 Refundable Security Deposit

You can call the office after hours if it is an emergency and it will be directed to one of our technicians on call. If it is not an emergency, you can log into your resident portal and submit a work order from there.
