ROOM TRANSFER POLICY
*RESIDENTS CAN ONLY SWITCH ROOMS WITH APPROVAL OF THE PROPERTY MANAGER*
If you switch rooms without approval you will:
- Be charged a $300 fee
- Be charged a $100 lease violation fee
- Be responsible for any damages to the room you were assigned
THERE IS A $300 FEE TO TRANSFER UNITS
You have three days after you move in to notify the leasing office if you and your roommate have swapped bedrooms.
WE HAVE TO HAVE APPROVAL FROM ALL ROOMMATES WITHIN THE FIRST THREE DAYS.
